IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Goods will be dispatched via Fed Ex couriers. Every effort will be made to deliver goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and normally within 3 working days (Monday to Friday) from us receiving your completed order with payment.

Carriage is charged in weight bands of 25 kilos and are based on your destination postcode. For carriage to all areas of Southern Ireland, please enter EIRE as a postcode.

Zone 1 - Overnight delivery throughout most of the British Mainland: £7.50 Inc VAT.

Zone 2 - 3 -5 day delivery to the Highlands: 10kg = £17.46 and then £1.43 for each 2 kilos thereafter.

Zone 3 - 3-5 day delivery to Isle of Man and Northern Ireland: 10kg = £25.53 and £1.36 for each 2 kilos thereafter.

Zone 4 - 3-5 day delivery to the Isle of Wight: £16.31 for a parcel upto 25kg and then an extra £7.50 for each parcel thereafter.

Zone 5 - 3-5 day delivery to the Channel Islands: 10kg = £40.46 and then £2.30 for each 2 kilos thereafter.

Zone 6 - 3-5 day delivery to Eire: 10kg = £32.67 and then £3.40 for each 2 kilos thereafter.

We would advise you to arrange a signed proof of delivery wherever possible, however you may also authorise Fed Ex couriers to deliver without a signature at your own risk.

Free standard delivery to most UK postcodes on orders over £35.00

Zones 2-6
Extended delivery areas such as the Highlands, Islands, Eire, NI & CI will receive the equivelent discount of £7.50 providing the minimum purchase amount of £35.00 is reached.

ATTEMPTED DELIVERYS WITH SIGNATURE:

Fed Ex will make one attempt to deliver a shipment and obtain a signature.

If no one is available on the day of delivery to receive the parcel and provide Fed Ex with a signature, the goods will be returned to the local Fed Ex depot and a card will be left at the delivery address with a contact number for you to arrange redelivery.

DELIVERYS WITHOUT A SIGNATURE:

If you authorise Fed Ex to deliver without a signature, please indicate where you would like the driver to leave your parcel. This will be carried out at the Fed Ex driver’s discretion

Please note you will be unable to claim for non-delivery or damaged goods if you instruct us to dispatch your order without a proof of delivery signature.
