IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Whilst every effort will be made to dispatch goods as soon as possible once an order with payment has been received, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery (Monday to Friday)

For your convieniance you can track your order by clicking the "My Orders" icon above. This section is updated by us once a day normally after 6.00pm. When the production status changes to "dispatched" you can expect delivery the next working day.

All goods will be shipped via FedEx couriers and should be delivered anytime between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Timed deliveries and Saturday AM deliverys are available at an extra charge which can be discussed by calling us on 01529 461308

CARRIAGE CHARGES:
Carriage is charged in weight bands of 25 kilos and are based on your destination postcode.

Zone 1 - Overnight delivery throughout most of the British Mainland: £8.68 Inc VAT.

Zone 2 - 3 -5 day delivery to the Highlands: 10kg = £29.46 and then £1.50 for each 2 kilos thereafter.

Zone 3 - 3-5 day delivery to Isle of Man and Northern Ireland: 10kg = £37.53 and £1.36 for each 2 kilos thereafter.

Zone 4 - 3-5 day delivery to the Isle of Wight: £37.53 for a parcel upto 25kg and then an extra £8.68 for each parcel thereafter.

For security reasons we would advise you to arrange a signed proof of delivery wherever possible, alternatively you can authorise FedEx couriers to deliver without a signature at your own risk.

FREE DELIVERY:
Zone 1.
Free standard delivery is offered to most UK postcodes on orders over £40.00 (excluding VAT).
If you wish to place an order for less than this amount a carriage payment will be charged at the above rates.

Zones 2-4
Extended delivery areas such as the Highlands and Islands will receive the equivelent discount of zone 1 delivery providing the minimum purchase amount of £40.00 (excluding VAT) is reached.

ATTEMPTED DELIVERYS WITH SIGNATURE:

FedEx will make one attempt to deliver a shipment and obtain a signature.

If no one is available on the day of delivery to receive the parcel and provide FedEx with a signature, the goods will be returned to the local FedEx depot and a contact card will be left at the delivery address with a depot telephone number to arrange redelivery.

If you would prefer to collect your order from your nearest FedEx depot then you may do so. A collection from the depot is available when valid ID is produced alongside the FedEx contact card together with proof of address. If no responce is received from the contact card left by the FedEx driver, then the goods will be returned to us after a period of 5 days and redelivery charges may apply..

DELIVERYS WITHOUT A SIGNATURE:

If you authorise Fed Ex to deliver without a signature, please indicate where you would like the driver to leave your parcel. This will be carried out at the Fed Ex driver’s discretion.
Important: Please note you will be unable to claim for non-delivery or damaged goods if you instruct us to dispatch your order without a proof of delivery signature.
