Sales Order Process:
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and normally within 3 working days (Monday to Friday) from us receiving your completed order with payment.
In the rare event of circumstances leading to delays beyond our control, you will be informed as soon as possible with expected time of dispatch. If you find the delay unacceptable a full refund will be offered.
Please note
we are unable to accept telephone orders, email orders, or take card payments over the phone. All
orders must be placed through
this website and all card payments must be submitted via our secure
facility provided by Barclaycard ePDQ.
Delivery of Goods:
All goods will be dispatched via FedEx couriers. We would advise you to arrange a signed proof of delivery wherever possible. You may also authorise FedEx couriers to deliver without a signature at your own risk.
If you arrange a proof of delivery and no one is available on the day of delivery to receive the parcel and provide FedEx couriers with a signature, the goods will be returned to the local FedEx depot and a
card will be left at the delivery address with a contact number for you to arrange redelivery.
To avoid any undelivered shipment being returned to sender, please respond to the courier card as soon as possible.
Customers should note whilst we and our courier partners will always attempt to deliver according to service schedules, unforeseen circumstances can intervene and we cannot be held liable for any subsequent service breakdown.
Non Delivery of Goods:
Non-delivery of goods must be notified in writing as soon as possible after the expected delivery date.
Please note you will be unable to claim for "goods not received" if you instruct us to dispatch your goods without a proof of delivery signature.
Damaged Goods:
Please examine parcels on delivery and sign accordingly. Damages must be notified to us at Equinox in writting on the day of delivery.

Every effort will be made to locate lost parcels within a reasonable time.
Subject to a signed proof of delivery obtained,
our liability to you for any lost or damaged goods in transit will be a maximum of £12.00 per kilo for zones 1 to 6 unless separately agreed in writing by us.
Personalised Printing:
We will reproduce personalised details to be printed exactly how it is submitted on the Webshop by copy and paste method. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct contact details for printing (including spacing etc) have been inputted correctly before making a payment online.
For your convienience, personalised information entered by you can be previewed before checkout. Please enter your initials in the space provided to confirm these details are correct.
A summary of the order will be emailed to you shortly after your order has been placed. Full details of the order can be viewed by logging into the website and clicking on "My Orders"
If you later discover you have made an error on your completed order after payment has been made, please contact us ASAP and we will attempt to rectify
it if possible. We are unable to amend orders containing personalised printing once production has commenced unless the customer wishes to pay for a reprint.
Free Artwork:
Equinox Design and Print will not be liable for any errors or omissions which are not brought to our attention and carried through to final print once a proof has been signed off by the customer as correct. When a proof has been submitted for the customers attention, we may consider any further changes to the original copy supplied or requests to change the layout where layout is left to the printer’s discretion to be an author’s correction. We reserve the right to make a charge to carry out such work which will be agreed with you in advance.
Returns Policy:
We will replace defective goods within a reasonable time and free of charge. This is subject to written details of any such claim having been received by us within 5 working days from the date of delivery. We will require the goods in question to be collected by our own couriers and returned to us for inspection prior to any replacement being issued.
Free Carriage:
A carriage subsidy as set out on our "Delivery Information" page will be offered for orders over £35.00 in value. If you wish to order less than this amount, please contact us in advance and we will arrange for our standard carriage of £7.50 inc VAT per parcel to be charged in addition to your order.
Delivery Points:
Due to recent changes in our carriage charges, our free delivery points scheme will be suspended until further notice.
Delivery points have no cash value and were offered as a goodwill gesture by Equinox Design & Print. On this scheme we offered free delivery for every 5th order you placed with us on a like for like basis.
Existing points accrued will remain in customers accounts and may be transfered to a different scheme in the future. We can change the terms and conditions of this scheme, and we'll display notices on this webshop. If you have a complaint or query about delivery points, the decision of Equinox Design & Print is final. No correspondence shall be entered into.
