Sales Order Process:
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted and normally within 10 working days (Monday to Friday) from us receiving your completed order with payment.
Please notewe are unable to accept telephone orders, email orders, or take card payments over the phone. All orders must be placed through
this website and all card payments must be submitted via our secure
facility provided by Barclaycard ePDQ.
Delivery of Goods:
All goods will be dispatched via FedEx couriers. We would advise you to arrange a signed proof of delivery wherever possible. You may also authorise FedEx couriers to deliver without a signature at your own risk.
If you arrange a proof of delivery and no one is available on the day of delivery to receive the parcel and provide FedEx couriers with a signature, the goods will be returned to the local FedEx depot and a card will be left at the delivery address with a contact number for you to arrange redelivery.
To avoid any undelivered shipment being returned to sender please respond to the courier card as soon as possible.
Customers should note whilst we and our courier partners will always attempt to deliver according to service schedules, unforeseen circumstances can intervene and we cannot be held liable for any subsequent service breakdown.
Non Delivery of Goods:
Non-delivery of goods must be notified in writing as soon as possible after the expected delivery date.
Every effort will be made to locate lost parcels within a reasonable time subject to a signed proof of delivery requested at the time of placing an order.Our liability to you for any
lost or damaged goods in transit will be a maximum of £5.00 per kilo
for zones 1 to 4 unless separately agreed in writing by us.
Please note you will be unable to claim for "goods not received" if you instruct us to dispatch your goods without a proof of delivery signature.
Goods Damaged In Transit by FedEx UK:
Please examine parcels on delivery and sign accordingly. All claims for damage in transit
must be notified to us at Equinox in writting within 48hrs of delivery.
In order to support a claim the goods must be signed for as "Damaged" on the couriers proof of delivery note, otherwise a claim cannot be lodged with FedEx UK.
Simply signing the note with just your name (without notifying any damages on the proof of delivery note) indicates you have received the parcel in good condition and accept full responsibility for its condition.
Please note you will be unable to claim for goods damaged in transit if you instruct us to dispatch your goods without a proof of delivery signature.
Personalised Printing:
We will reproduce personalised details to be printed exactly how it is submitted on the Webshop by copy and paste method. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct contact details for printing (including spacing etc) have been inputted correctly before making a payment online.
For your convienience, personalised information entered by you can be previewed before checkout. Please enter your initials in the space provided to confirm these details are correct.
A summary of the order will be emailed to you shortly after your order has been placed. Full details of the order can be viewed by logging into the website and clicking on "My Orders"
If you later discover you have made an error on your completed order after payment has been made, please contact us ASAP and we will attempt to rectify it if possible. We are unable to amend orders containing personalised printing once production has commenced unless the customer wishes to pay for a reprint.
Artwork:
We print from your own 'print ready' artwork at no extra cost.
If you’re supplying your artwork to us 'ready-to-print' please read these guidelines. 'Print ready’ means it does not require extra work prior to printing. If we do need to adjust the artwork for any reason or our artwork guidlines are not met, it is not print ready and will incur an extra charge which will be agreed in advance.
Print-ready artwork should meet the following requirements: We prefer artwork to be supplied as Corel Draw or PDF format. Artwork produced in Word, Publisher, PowerPoint or Excel can often cause us problems.
We require 8mm clear of print all round for leaflets and 4mm all round for cards, please avoid where possible the use of borders.
Page setup size for A6 leaflets: 148.5mm x 105mm
Page set up size for handout cards: 85mm x 52mm
If we don't have the exact font that you have used, it will be substituted with one that may be different.
If you don't have artwork and wish to print from your own design, we will supply artwork from your own wording at an agreed cost. Prices start from £30 +VAT depending on complexity and will include one proof which will need to be approved before production commences.
Proofing: Equinox Design and Print will not be liable for any errors or omissions which are not brought to our attention and carried through to final print once a proof has been signed off by the customer as correct. When a proof has been submitted for the customers attention, we may consider any further changes to the original copy supplied or requests to change the layout where layout is left to the printer’s discretion to be an author’s correction. We reserve the right to make an extra charge to carry out such work which will be agreed with you in advance.
Returns Policy:
We will replace defective goods within a reasonable time and free of charge. This is subject to written details of any such claim having been received by us within 48hrs from the date of delivery. We will require the goods in question to be collected by our own couriers and returned to us for inspection prior to any replacement being issued.
Free Carriage:
A carriage subsidy as set out on our "Delivery Information" page will be offered for orders over £40.00 in value excluding VAT. If you wish to order less than this amount a payment for carriage will be charged.
Pricing & Errors on this site:
In the event a product is listed on this website with incorrect product information or with a incorrect price due to a typographical error or software failiure, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card charged. If your credit or debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit or debit card account for the full order amount and notify you of such cancellation.
Suitability of wording from templates available on this website
It is the customers responsibility to ensure any wording where supplied from a template or from a bespoke design is suitable for the purpose of Kleeneze leaflet distribution. Any request for a replacement product FOC should any wording be deemed unsuitable once an order has been placed will be refused by Equinox Webshop
unless the order has not been processed on reciept of such notification. If in doubt of the suitability of the wording we supply please check with your upline before placing an order. IMPORTANT: Some orders may be produced and dispatched on the day of receipt dependant on our workload.
